Tapsashar Mark Fedorovich, 1872-1904

Officer, Russian Stabs-Capitan, hero of Russian- Japanese War. Protected Port-Artur fortress against the Japanese invasion. In the last attack was killed close to the fortress of Port Artur. Japanese soldiers and officers wondered of the brave action of Tapsashar, they returned his body to the Port Artur Administration and evaluated him as a Hero.
Tapsashar went to the War as volunteer. Before leaving he said: "I will return as a hero or I will not return at all."
